Configuration items can be copied by selecting Copy-function from Row action drop-down list of the CI list page.
Copying an CI means, that there will be an exactly same kind of CI than you previously have entered. All the CI fields are copied. Only the id of the CI changes.
When Copy-function is selected, this dialog opens. You have to select if you want to copy also sub-CIs of this CI.
