Viewing Configuration Items in Hierarchy mode

The CI hierarchy view contains the entire CI hierarchy of active CIs in a tree control. If the hierarchy view is opened from the popup menu, the selected CI is highlighted in the tree control.

You can open an CI and view it's information by double clicking it.

You can switch back to list window mode by selecting List view-function from Row action drop-down list.
